台灣精準輸血醫學之發展

精準醫學一直是各方努力的目標，但對輸血醫學而言，二十世紀初的ABO血型配對早已是精準醫學的最佳實例。過去，使用捐血人與受血人交叉試驗相容的血液，是確保輸血安全的首要標準；雖然如此，仍無法避免受血人輸血後被免疫產生異體抗體；今日，為達到預防性及策略性的精準輸血醫學，台灣血液基金會（我們）提供醫院血庫輸血諮詢檢驗服務，並主動建置捐血人血型資料庫，以供應病人抗原陰性／相容的紅血球或血小板血品，有效預防輸血後產生異體抗體；更提供多樣化的成分血液選擇，以降低輸血相關急性肺損傷、非溶血性發熱性輸血反應等各種輸血不良反應的發生率。未來，依據「台灣血液安全監測系統」之病患用血資料分析結果，將可制定更佳的臨床輸血策略，同時輔以人因工程資訊科技，持續朝向零風險、合理的精準輸血努力!
