Amid the changes and development of the global politics and economy, the adjustment of the international economic order and the reform of the international governance system have become inevitable. International economic law, as a system for maintaining the stability, transparency and effective operation of the international economic order, should also be adjusted, enriched and perfected accordingly. How China, the largest developing country, deals with these issues not only concerns itself in the strategies of peaceful development and building a community with a shared future for mankind, but also draws the attention of the world. On the basis of professor Chen An, s academic research, and from the perspective of coordinating international and domestic rules, this thesis reviewed the history of China's participation in the global economic governance and of its construction of the international economic law as a discipline. The author also proposed that scholars should contribute the Chinese wisdom and come up with Chinese solutions in the aspects such as rule-making, the reform of the international governance system and the improvement of international organizations. |
