The purpose of the study was to discuss the sports club participating motivation and learning efficiency of undergraduates in Pingtung region. The study adopted statistical software Amos20.0 as the research method to analysis the adaptation level, convergent validity, and difference validity of the model. The researchers took the form of convenience sampling to formally collect the samples from November 15, 2015 to November 25, 2015, and there were 375 valid questionnaires. The valid questionnaires rate was 93.75%. The research results showed that the sports club participating motivation and learning efficiency of undergraduates in Pingtung region showed significant correlation (r=0.76*) , and the model had good modeling adaptation, reliability and validity. According to the results of this study, it suggested that make the undergraduates know the importance of participating in clubs, make them conduct themselves firstly before handling affairs, and cultivate their personal attitude and responsibility in the interaction between individual and collective. The universities should set up incentive mechanism to widely solicit students' opinions, provide completed entertainment equipment, spatial planning, professional coach, and sufficient activity funds to improve the motivation of students to participate in sports clubs. Through participation in sports clubs to make the undergraduates be a new one, and create their concept of lifelong learning. |
