義消人員自由時間管理量表編製之研究

A Study on Making a Free Time Management Schedule for Volunteer Firemen

不同社經文化背景的人擁有不同的時間知覺，對於時間是否能被有效管理的認定往往有所差異，然而，人們如何有效控制時間使用的方法卻遠比單純的時間管理來的重要。因此本研究根植過去國內外專家學者研究，並改編郭進財（2008）自由時間管理量表，再以結構方程模式（structural equation modeling，SEM）之驗證性因素分析，建構國內義消自由時間管理模式及驗證該模式是否適用於義消。研究以彰化縣義消為研究對象，共獲得230份有效問卷。研究結果顯示，本量表具有良好的收斂效度與區別效度。

People with different social-economic backgrounds have various perceptions of time; thus；they have distinct ideas from whether their time is properly managed. Yet；how to control time usage effectively is a much more important challenge than simple time management. Based on past researches；this study modifies the free time management schedule proposed by Kuo Chin-Tsai (2008). This study will apply Confirmatory Factor Analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM) to construct a free time management model for the volunteer firemen in Taiwan；and to examine whether this management model is applicable to volunteer firemen. The subjects of this study are the volunteer firemen in Changhua County；and 230 valid questionnaires were acquired. The results show that this management schedule has good convergent validity and discriminant validity
