With the progress of human culture and the promotion of healthy eating concepts, people began to re-understand vegetarianism, and careful selection of vegetarian ingredients and improved cooking methods to promote human health. The purpose of this study is to develop, and design refined vegetarian dishes that meet human nutritional needs and health principles in a healthy way, and to explore the impact of the composition altogether and nutritional content of these vegetarian dishes on human health. |
