大學內部品質保證的發展與挑戰：外部品質保證的回應

今（2019）年10月高教評鑑中心以「內部品質保證機制的發展與大專校院面臨的挑戰」（Development of Internal Quality Assurance Mechanisms and Challenges for Higher Education Institutions）為主題，辦理2019年國際研討會。會議當天上午特別邀請到英國高等教育品質保證局（Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, QAA）的Mr. Douglas Blackstock執行長擔任主講嘉賓進行專題演講，講題為「內部品質保證的發展與挑戰：來自外部品質保證的回應」（Development and Challenges of Internal Quality Assurance [IQA]: the Responses from External Quality Assurance [EQA]）。
