Cooperation and Professional Guidance

為增進圖書館同道與同仁的專業成長與學習，2018 年本館各組室所規劃辦理之館員專業教育訓練課程，包括技術服務、讀者服務、資訊應用、建築空間、數位媒體、資訊素養、服務品質、圖書資訊發展趨勢、環境教育及性別主流等議題；另為提升同仁具備創建與拓展圖書館創新空間知能，期有助於規劃南部分館空間與服務，特藉由美國圖書館學會（ALA）所開設之數位課程 「創建與拓展圖書館的創新空間」（Creating and Expanding Innovative Spaces in Your Library）， 讓選課學員以合作帶領與參與討論方式學習。全年共計57 場次，計3,340 人次參與。另為培養人才，以「公務倫理與核心價值」為主題辦理中高階人員訓練課程。 To promote and enhance the professional development and expertise of the librarians of the NCL, in 2018, 57 lectures and workshops on issues such as technical services, public services, information applications, space management, digital media, information literacy, service quality, library and information development trend, environmental education, and gender and the mainstream, et al., were held by various library departments with 3,340 participants. To enhance the knowledge and skill needed for space planning and services of the Southern Branch, the Library also purchased “Creating and Expanding Innovative Spaces in Your Library” developed by the ALA (American Library Association) for participants to learn. In addition, training courses on “Workplace Ethics and High- Performance Teams” were offered to middle- and high ranking administrators for the cultivation of professional talents.
