從培我原夢計畫談原住民社會工作特色

有鑑於災後重建帶來的問題，應回到部落文化脈絡和社會組織中來行動，才可望有效改善，基於該理念且在至善基金會支持下，2006年起推動了「培我原夢計畫」。本文乃敘述該計畫執行部落組織及部落服務的經驗，分析社會工作者在原住民地區實施社會工作的特色。 In 2006, Zhi-Shan Foundation initiated the project, “Empower the Aboriginal People to Make Their Dreams Come True”. It was inspired by the idea that problems created by post-disaster reconstruction can only be solved when social workers are involved in the cultural context of the tribes and social organizations. This article describes the practices of this project, and analyzes the roles of social workers who carry out social work in an aboriginal area.
