在都市生活的原住民婦女在培什麼力－－以至善基金會的快樂大掃家事清潔團隊為例

為促進都市原住民婦女自主，免於歧視或壓迫，至善基金會規劃了大台北地區原住民婦女經濟自力培力方案，參與該方案的原住民婦女計20人，本文敘述了該方案推動的歷程、參與者的反饋，並探討都市原住民婦女間的社會網絡與合作事業發展的可能。 In order to promote urban aboriginal women's independence, Zhi-shan Foundation outlined an empowerment and economic independence program in Greater Taipei area to help them live free from discrimination and oppression, which involved 20 aboriginal women. This article depicts the process of the program and feedback from participants and also explores the potential of the development for social network and co-operative business among urban aboriginal women.
