常用之Vitamin U含量測定法有：1、0.02N AgNO3滴定法。2、凱氏半微量法。3、potassiumβ-Naphthoquinone-4-Sulfonate呈色法。4、Ninhydrin呈色法。經研討結果，其中以Ninhydrin為呈色劑於波長570nm測定其吸光值之定量法較為精確、簡便。
Four methods, i.e. 0.02N AgNO3 titration method, semimicro kjeldahl method, potassium β-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate colorimetric method and ninhydrin colorimetric method for the determination of the content of Vitamin U in gastrointestinal drugs were described and discussed in the aspect of their practicabilities. It was found that the ninhydrin colorimetric method was the most practical and precise one. |
