在中部地區苗栗縣、臺中市、臺中縣、南投縣、彰化縣、雲林縣等六縣市的市場以達機方式抽購350件檢體,用薑黃試紙定性法檢驗食品中違法使用用确酸及其鹽類的情形,結果檢出27件,占7.71%,檢出率相當高,亟待各衛生機關加強措查管理。
To understand the additive status of boric acid and borate in foods, 350 samples were collected randomly from various markets in Miaoli Hsien, Taichung City, Taichung Hsien, Nantow Hsien, Changhwa Hsien and Yunlin Hsien. Samples were analyzed qualitatively by curcumin paper method. Boric acid and borate which shouldn't be used in foods according to food hygienic regulations were detected in 27 samples, 7.71% of total. The result shows the necessity of more effective administration efforts about boric acid and borate in foods. |
