本調查報告於民國73年6月間自臺灣地區北、中、南、東等四區抽樣189台自動販賣機,每台價購1件以上之飲料(包括冷、熱飲料),總計912件檢體,檢驗其微生物污染情形。若比照現行食品衛生法令中飲料類衛生標準來討論,則結果顯示共有88台自動販賣機販賣之157件飲料不符合規定,其中99%皆由於生菌數超過標準,值4件檢出大腸桿菌屬細菌。各類飲料之不合格率亦不同,不含碳酸飲料達32.2%,較含碳酸飲料(10.6%)及含乳成分飲料(17.2%)為高。在北部地區,冷熱飲料間不合格率以雙方分析結果顯示沒有差異,可能係自動販賣機製造之熱水溫度並無滅菌效果或內部管徑,飲料出口處……已遭到污染等諸因素使然;各縣市飲料之不合格率亦無差異,表示受到同等程度之污染。
An investigation on the microbiological status of 912 samples of hot and cold drinks from 189 vending machines was conducted in June, 1984. Among them, 157 samples from 88 vending machines failed to meet the Baverage Hygienic Standard. Most of them were found to have high total bacterial count, while coliform bacteria was only found in four samples. The percentage of the samples that didn't meet the Beverage Hygienic Standard in non-carbonated, carbonated and milk-containing drinks were 32.2%, 10.6% and 17.2%, respectively. No significant difference was observed between cold and hot drinks by the Variance Analysis. |
