氣相層析儀分析市售蔬菜水果618件。其農藥檢驗項目以Ethion,Ronnel,Sumithion,Azinphos,methyl,EPN,Thimet,Dimethoate等七種為主;同時並對可疑之農藥加以檢討,結果亦檢出殘留之EthylParathion,MethylParathion,Malathion,Diazinon,Mevinphos,Dichlorvos,Trichlorfon,Naled,Dursban等農藥。本調查中發現有農藥殘留者38件,占總件數之6.15%。其最高殘留農藥為Ethyl Parathion1.79ppm。由統計數字及分佈情形顯示:10月至翌年3月間是農藥殘留檢體出現較多之月份,約占全部發現殘留件數之66%;可能是天氣較冷農藥分解較慢所致。四季中臺灣北部比南部出現率為多。Parathion是禁用於蔬菜之農藥,卻常發現殘留於蔬菜中。
Pesticide residues of Ethion, Ronnel, Sumithion, Azinphos-methyl, EPN, Thimet and Dimethoate in 618 samples of vegetables and fruits were investigated. Other nine kinds of pesticide residues were also detected during analysis. They were Ethyl Parathion, Methyl Parathion, Malathion, Diazinon, Mevinphos, Dichlorvos, Trichlorfon Naled and Dursban. The result showed that pesticide residues had been found in 6.15% of all, 38 samples. The highest one was 1.79 ppm of Ethyl Parathion in celery. Statistic data showed that about 66% of pesticide residues were detected between October and next March. It seemed that cold weather decreased the degradation rate and it was also proved by distribution profile against the four seasons, and also by that higher in north than in south. Methyl and Ethyl Parathion were prohibited to be used on vegetables, but still been found in our results. |
