甲醇經口或經皮膚攝入人體，均可引起中毒、失明或致死。我國化粧品衛生管理條例明訂化粧品每100ml中含甲醇不得超過0.2ml（0.2％以下）。為瞭解市售品之現況，經抽購122件檢驗結果：香水、古龍水、花露水及化粧水等71件均未超過規定；而噴髮膠51件中超過規定者46件，占90.1％。其中甲醇含量自24.7％至82.5％不等；在50～70％問者37件。
When methanol is taken into the body through mouth or skin, it is harmful and even cause blindness or death. The cosmetic regulations enforce the principle that no more than 0.2% methanol should be contained in commercial cosmetics. From inspecting 122 random samples of marketing cosmetics, the results showed that 71 samples including perfume, colonge and skin lotions contained less than 0.2% methanol. But 46 samples of 51 hair sprays contained 24.7% - 82.5% methanol. Among them, 37 samples contained 50 - 70% methanol. |
