本調查報告旨在瞭解目前臺灣地區市售飲料、水果罐頭、蜜餞及肉乾等各類一般大眾化食品中,人工甘味劑添加之現況。於民國72年6~9月間抽驗檢體共534件,經檢驗結果分析;飲料類208件,有2件不合格,佔0.97%;水果罐頭類56件,有12件不合格,佔21.43%;蜜餞類250件,有108件不合格,佔43.20%;肉乾類20件,全部合格。其中以蜜餞類不合格情況較嚴重,水果罐頭類次之。
In an attempt to understand the addition of Saccharin, Cyclamate and Dulcine in various foods of Taiwan market, 534 samples were examined during June to September 1983. Two of 208 samples for fruit (vegetable) juice & drinks, 12 of 56 samples of canned fruits, 108 of 205 samples of preserved fruits were found to contain nonpermitted artificial sweeteners, the percentage were 0.97, 21.43, 43.20, respectively. Twenty samples of dried pork sliced meat contained no artificial sweeteners. |
