以甲基酯化法與10%DEGS充填之層析管快速鑑別脂肪酸

RAPID DETERMINATION OF FATTY ACIDS BY METHYLESTERIFICATION AND 10% DEGS COLUMN OF GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

由1N氫氧化鈉‧甲醇溶液直接作用於植物油之脂肪酸甲基脂化法較A.O.A.C公定法所載三氟化硼法，操作簡易，節省時間且經濟，並具相等之實驗效果。又比較數種層析管充填劑中，以10％DEGS附著於80／100 mesh Chromosorb W之分離效果最好。 Method of Determination of fatty acids of vegetable oil by Methylesterification with me thanolic in NaOH solution was compared with borontrifluoride method describedin A.O.A.C. The former is more simple, easy, time-saving and less costed. Comparison was also made to several packing materials of Gas chromatography column. 10% DEGS on 80/100 mesh chromosorb w showed best efficiency for seperation of fatty acids.
