Clinical Image: Diencephalon and isolated unilateral abducen nerve palsy in neuro-Behçet’s disease- a rare manifestation

A 26-year-old man, who had recurrent panuveitis of bilateral eyes since 5 years ago. He receivedcorticosteroid eye drops, oral cyclosporine 100mg TID and sulfasalazine 1g BID from Ophthalmologistat other hospital, but with poor compliance. He received several times of laser therapy for vitreoushemorrhage and retinitis. He visited China medical university hospital (CMUH) ophthalmologist onFebruary 2016 due to nearly blindness of right eye.
