A 35-year-old woman presented, and was admitted, to our hospital with blurry vision of right eye for 2 weeks; she was receiving a maintenance regimen of hydroxychloroquine and low-dose prednisolone. Nine years before admission at our hospital, she had been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) after presenting with photosensitivity, oral ulcers, nonerosive arthritis, lymphopenia, high-titer antinuclear antibodies, elevated anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies, and ribosomal-P antibody.
