106年度市售禽畜水產品中動物用藥殘留監測

Post-market Surveillance Study on Veterinary Drug Residues in Poultry, Livestock and Aquatic Products in 2017

禽畜水產品是普遍的動物性蛋白質供給來源，為維護民眾食用安全，衛生單位歷年持續進行禽畜水產品中動物用藥殘留之檢測。106年度針對高風險品項及一般品項兩部分進行抽驗。高風險品項係依據食品藥物管理署年度監測計畫101－104年不合格率超過5％及市場流通量大等禽畜水產品等進行抽驗計20項，共計404件，包含禽產品124件、畜產品152件、水產品128件。檢驗項目包括氯黴素類、硝基呋喃代謝物、乙型受體素類等13種方法共131項動物用藥。檢測結果計10件動物用藥殘留不符規定，整體合格率97.5％，各類別檢出不合格分別為禽產品2件，合格率98.4％；畜產品1件，合格率99.3％；水產品7件，合格率94.5％。另一般品項係抽驗市售之禽、畜、水產品，共計2,328件，包含禽產品892件、畜產品945件、水產品478件及蜂蜜產品13件。其中18件動物用藥殘留不符規定，整體合格率99.2％，各類別檢出不合格分別為禽產品14件，合格率98.4％；畜產品1件，合格率99.9％；水產品3件，合格率99.4％。所有不合格產品均已立即通知農政單位及轄管地方政府衛生局要求業者下架、回收、停止販售及溯源追查違規產品來源並依法處辦。 Poultry, livestock and aquatic products were the main protein sources of food for the people. In order to ensure food safety, the health authorities continuously conduct tests on the veterinary drug residues in these products. In 2017, the sampling program of veterinary drugs was divided into two parts, namely high risk items and general items. The high risk items were the items with over 5% failure rates according to the TFDA annual monitoring plan, and make up a large proportion of sales in the past years. For the high risk items, there were 20 categories and 404 samples including 124 poultry products, 152 livestock products and 128 aquatic products. All the samples were analyzed by 13 test methods covering a total of 131 veterinary drug items. The results showed that for the high risk items, 2 poultry products, 1 livestock product and 7 aquatic products exceeded the maximum residue limits (MRLs), and the rates of compliance were 98.4%, 99.3% and 94.5%, respectively. The overall rate of compliance was 97.5%. For the general items, 2,328 samples including 892 poultry products, 945 livestock products, 478 aquatic product and 13 honey products were analyzed. Fourteen poultry products, 1 livestock products and 3 aquatic products exceeded the MRLs, and the rates of compliance were 98.4%, 99.9% and 99.4%, respectively. The overall rate of compliance was 99.2%. The local government authorities had been notified of the substandard products, which were subsequently removed from the market and penalties were imposed on the suppliers.
