Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) System and Mediation in Taiwan

This is the second time that I am speaking at Kobe University, Summer School of Asian Law and Dispute Management(“Kobe SALAD”). Previously, I spoke on the topic of foreign investment in Taiwan. A few months ago, I was invited by Kobe University to speak again for Kobe SALAD on ADR related issues. When I was invited to introduce the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) system in Taiwan, I was thinking about which part of the ADR system I should focus on in my presentation, as the ADR system covers a wide range of topics.
