An Approach of Merging of Outer Ear and Ear Canal 3 Dimension Data for Bluetooth Earphone Design

The aim of this study is to propose an approach to demonstrate how to merge outer ear and ear canal 3 dimension (3D) model and to define the new critical dimensions for in-ear Bluetooth earphone design. The result shows that the connection between ear canal and outer ear are not vertical, therefore we find out two critical angles for further design application.
