馬祖南竿島新紀錄種蝙蝠－－灰伏翼Hypsugo pulveratus(Prter, 1871)

A New record of Hypsugo pulveratus (Peters, 1871) (Chiroptera: Vespertilionidae) from Nangan Island of the Matsu Archipelago

本文所描述的台灣馬祖島新紀錄屬、新紀錄種蝙蝠灰伏翼Hypsugo pulveratus（Peters, 1871）為2007年5月6日捕獲於連江縣的南竿鄉（馬祖），以8個外部形態與25個頭骨（含齒列）測量值，以及粒線體DNA（mtDNA）的細胞色素氧化次單位I（COI）基因序列作為分子標記進行比對，以確定物種分類。這隻台灣地區第一次發現的灰伏翼為雌性個體，在當年7月8日產仔，一胎生產2仔蝠。此外，2007年在馬祖所發現的摺翅蝠、東亞家蝠、絨山蝠等3種蝙蝠亦為當地的新紀錄種。

Hypsugo pulveratus, common name Chinese Pipistrelles, described in this paper was first caught by mist net in Nangan Township, Lienchiang County Matsu Island on the date of May 6, 2007. It is a newly recorded species as well as a newly recorded genus from Taiwan area according to evidences of 8 external morphologic characteristics, 25 skull characteristics and the partial sequence of cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) of mitochondria DNA. A female, the individual gave birth to two pups on the date of July 8 of the same year. In addition, we also report 3 other newly recorded local species (ie. Miniopterus schreibersii, Pipistrellus abramus and Nyctalus plancyi velutinus) on Matsu Island.
