台灣的少子化問題造成幼兒園的經營面臨困境,因此透過轉型、異業結合及物業管理,可讓資產活化以開創新的契機。本研究是以創新親子教育結合體驗服務的方式,營造屬於親子互動及充滿幸福感的地方。從體驗活動中結合與家庭的用餐時光,進而帶入親職教育課題。同時也讓親子故事館的空間設施達到有效的利用與管理。本研究將以三個個案調查比較,在不同的個案有其相對的物業管理經營模式分成「故事體驗」、「廚房體驗」、「服務體驗」、「電子互動」等四種經營模式。透過文獻回顧法、個案研究法及個別訪談法進行資料收集歸納,並探討分析該產業的物業管理之優劣性,進而提出未來親子故事館的經營與管理模式之改善與建議。
Now a day, the kindergartens in Taiwan is facing a big problem because the issue of low fertility. Therefore, through the transformation of the kindergartens, combination with other industries, and the property Management. That could create new opportunities for the assets. This research is combining innovative parenting education and serving of self-experience museum and making the happiness and leisure place for parents and children. In the other way, through the family activities and meals time can discuss about the parent education. At the same time, that could make the space and facilities in parents and children's story museum are using more efficiently. This research is comparing three cases investigate, and in each case are using different property and business model such as “story experience", “kitchen experience", “service experience", “electronic interaction" 4 management models. Above all, through the literatures review, cases study and individual interviews to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of property management. In the result, the research can provide the industry management model of child's story museum in the future. |
