數碼城市之建構在全球掀起一股熱潮,其中三維建物模型之建立更是近幾年國內外研究的熱門話題。多數的研究以三維建物之視覺化為主,但三維建物不應只有建物外觀的展現,而是應該能夠整合其他相關資訊加值應用。本研究以大比例地形圖資模塑LOD1-LOD2建物模型,以地政單位之建物測量成果圖等相關資料產製LOD3-4地籍建物三維模型,並遵循國際OGC CityGML標準,依地籍建物三維模型資料之內容與特性,設計一套地籍建物三維資料流通架構,並以開放式展示軟體驗證三維地籍建物資料流通的可行性。
Establishment of Digital City has set off a boom in the world. Of which the construction of 3D building models has attracted great attentions in recent research topics. Most existing studies have focused on the visualization of 3D buildings. However, 3D building models shall not be confined to visual appearance only, but should be integrated with other information to add value for their applications. This study is built on the basis of large-scale topographic map data with LOD1-LOD2 building models, and the Result Map of Building Survey and other relevant information from the Land Department that constitute LOD3-4 3D cadastral building models. According to content and features of the 3D model data, an exchange framework that is compatible with OGC CityGML standard for 3D cadastral buildings has been designed. An open-source software platform has been developed to demonstrate the feasibility of the 3D building data exchange framework. |
