道路施工時,通常會設置具區隔及警示作用之施工錐,但通常擺放不齊且花費大量人力,甚至有施工錐質地過輕傾倒造成用路人危險的意外。本研究目的為開發可遠端遙控、監控現場並與施工現地互動之智慧施工錐,研究成果可應用於改善一般道路施工可能發生之意外,和減低放置與調整施工號誌所需的人力及時間成本,提升整體施工效率。本研究為結合機器人技術與施工號誌系統之前導研究之一,多項專利申請中:台灣發明專利申請號101101965與101105671,美國發明專利申請號13/430,774與13/592465。
During road construction, construction corns are frequently used to isolate construction area and alarm participants. However, placing construction corns are time consuming and difficult to arrange them in a tidy manner. Light construction corns tend to topple and fall causing hazards to pedestrians. This study develops an intelligent construction cone that can be controlled remotely, used to monitor construction site, and interact with construction participants. The proposed device can enhance construction safety, reduce time and cost of the cone placement, and improve construction efficiency. The developed intelligent construction cone is one of the first studies integrating robot techniques with construction signal systems.
