屏東地處偏鄉,資優教育上有諸多待突破之困境,透過本研究方案的執行,為偏鄉資優教育開展新路。研究者從探究第一線教師對資優教育的態度著手,進一步激勵資優教師社群發展,透過教師與行政人員對地方資源的分析整合、透過適性課程建構與教材設計,發展出具在地特質之資優方案,是群策群力的結果透過本文希望能為關注資優教育發展之教育夥伴提供另一嶄新觀點。
Based on the unique characteristics and educational needs of gifted students, the National Ping-Tung University maintains a close partnership with the Gifted Educational Center of Ping- Tung Educational Bureau. We describe in this paper the two-year practice of rural community-based gifted programs and present well-integrated curriculum providing services to fulfill gifted children’s special needs of learning. By means of the development of the local gifted educational program, this paper represents the creative power of collaboration and a new landscape of learning for gifted children. |
