近年來,政府環保單位對於室內裝修木質材料輒因使用甲醛系之木工膠合劑及防腐劑處理等,造成對人體健康之影響,十分重視。因而木材加工業界亦積極尋求其它替代方案,以解決上項之困擾。例如,新近國內木材加工業者自國外進口熱處理材,以作為室內地板及室外用建材等用途。此因木材經熱處理後,纖維素結晶區內之結晶比例會增加,而非結晶區的結晶度亦會增加,致改善其尺寸安定性及韌性。另其色澤亦較之未處理材者深。至於其它相關性質則仍需進一步探討。又目前國內業界尚無此產品確切之製造技術,此將有待學術及業者間相互配合與努力,以建立一套完整且適用於國產材及木質材料熱處理之製造技術。期望未來能多元應用於室內、外空間之用途。
In recent years, the government Environmental Protection Administration very concerns wood-based materials for interior decoration system of using formaldehyde adhesives and wood preservative treatment, resulting in effects on human health very seriously. Thus wood processing industry is also actively seeking other alternatives to solve this problem. For example, the recent domestic wood processing heat treatment materials were imported from abroad, as indoor flooring and outdoor building materials and so on. Due to wood after heat treatment, crystalline cellulose will increase the proportion of the crystalline region, and the crystallinity of noncrystalline regions will also increase, thus causing to improve its dimensional stability and toughness. In addition, their color become darker than those of untreated wood. As for the other related properties will still be further explored. Also there is no manufacturing technology for this product present in domestic industry exactly, this will be subject to academic and industry cooperation and mutual efforts to establish a complete and suitable for treatment of domestic wood and wood-based material manufacturing technology in the future. Hope that the future can be used in diverse indoor and outdoor space use. |
