本研究旨在探討國家森林志工的參與動機及解說訓練成效,並瞭解志工之背景資料與上列項目之關係,研究對象包括林務局所轄之東勢林區管理處、南投林區管理處及嘉義林區管理處等三個林區管理處之國家森林志工,研究構面係採用Kirkpatrick評估模式,分為反應、學習及行為三大構面,而服務動機則分為利人、利己及意識形態三部分,問項採用Likert 5點尺度量表進行量測。調查期間為2010年6月至2010年8月,總共發出問卷200份,其中有效問卷為172份,達86%。經資料分析結果顯示,志工參與解說服務以利己及意識形態為主要動機。此外,由結果顯示志工的解說訓練具良好成效,且參與動機與解說訓練之成效呈現顯著之正相關。本研究所得之結果可作為林務局管理訓練志工之參考。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the interpretation training and motivation on Forestry Bureau's National Forest Volunteers as well as to understand volunteers' socio-demographic information. The subjects were the National Forest Volunteers from the three Forest District Offices, namely, Dong-shih Forest District Office, Nan-tou Forest District Office and the Chia-yi Forest District Office. The items of questionnaires were designed based on Likart 5 point scales. Survey period was from June to August 2010. A total of 200 questionnaires were asked, resulted in 172 valid questionnaires, 86% response rate. The result showed that the main motivations on Forestry Bureau of managing National forest volunteers were egoism and ideology. The results will provide the experience to Forestry Bureau of managing National forest volunteers. |
