本研究主要以小葉羅漢松及蘭嶼羅漢松接種不同叢枝菌根菌,栽植於不同土壤條件,藉以探討何種叢枝菌根菌菌種、何種土壤條件下對小葉羅漢松及蘭嶼羅漢松之生長效益最佳。研究結果顯示Glomus intraradices Schenck & Smith及Glomus etunicatum Becker & Gerdemann可與小葉羅漢松及蘭嶼羅漢松根部形成叢枝菌根,以顯微鏡觀察苗木根系可見胞內菌絲、胞內菌絲囊、根外菌絲、根外菌絲囊、叢枝體、分解之叢枝體菌絲、儲水組織等構造。所有叢枝菌根苗木無論生長於何種土壤中,其苗高淨生長、根頸淨生長、乾重(根、莖、葉)、總葉面積、葉數及總根瘤量皆顯著高於未接種苗木。由植物體養分分析可知,叢枝菌根菌之接種雖無法增加氮濃度,但顯著地促進磷吸收。以滅菌砂土作為介質之研究結果顯示,叢枝菌根苗木地上部鈣及鎂濃度顯著高於未接種處理,由此可知介質養分濃度,亦影響叢枝菌根對養分之吸收。
The purpose of this study was to understand which arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species influenced the growth of Podocarpus macrophyllus var. maki and Podocarpus costalis mostly in various soil conditions. The results showed that Glomus intraradices Schenck & Smith and Glomus etunicatum Becker & Gerdemann could form arbuscular mycorrhizae with rootlets of P. macrophyllus var. maki and P. costalis. Intracellular hyphae, inner vesicles, external hyphae, external vesicles, arbuscules, degenerated arbuscular hyphae and water storage cells in root tissues of inoculated seedlings were discovered. Net height growth, net root collar diameter growth, dry weight (root, stem and leaf), total leaf area, leaf number, total root nodules of arbuscular mycorrhizal seedlings cultivated in all soils were significantly higher than those of nonmycorrhizal ones. The data of tissue nutrition analysis indicated that arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculation didn’t increased N concentration, but P concentration was increased obviously. Ca and Mg concentration of arbuscular mycorrhizal seedlings cultivated in sandy soils were significantly higher than that of nonmycorrhizal ones. It showed that medium nutrients concentration also affected nutrients uptake by arbuscular mycorrhizae. |
