本研究針對出雲山苗圃培育之9種苗木進行菌根調查,結果顯示,各樹種優勢苗木與劣勢苗木高生長之差異達1.33-4.51倍,地徑生長同樣呈倍數的差距。苗木菌根型態以內生菌根為主,各樹種優勢苗木之菌根感染率平均為31.5%,劣勢苗木菌根感染率平均則為8.8%,菌根依賴度以楊梅351%最高,紅檜則最低僅33%。苗圃中內生菌根樹種平均都可與3種以上菌種共生,但外生菌根樹種則共生菌種極少,若欲在此苗圃進行外生菌根苗木的培育,應進行外生菌種的引種。盆栽培養法大量繁殖內生菌種,以蕃薯藤為宿主的產孢量最高,菌根孢子則以Acaulospora laevis產孢量最高(1468±255個/100ml)。接種菌根方式以在發芽盤時期進行接種為佳,菌根感染率平均可達57-65%。苗圃藥劑噴灑處理,對於生長於出雲山苗圃的台灣櫸與台灣肖楠苗木都不具影響,對苗木根系的菌根感染率也不具有差異。
There are nine species tree seedlings were investigated in Chu-Yun-Shan nursery formycorrhizal status. Result obtained showed that the height growth of dominant seedlings were 1.33-4.51times superior to those inferior seedling; meanwhile, the root collar diameters had the same times asforegoing. Seedlings mycorrhizal symbiosis were mainly vesicular-arbuscual mycorrhizae (VAM).The average VAM colonization of superior seedling was 31.5%, and which of inferior seedling wasonly 8.8%. The highest mycorrhizal dependency among all species was Myrica adenophora (351%);however, Chamaecyparis formosensis only 33% was the lowest. Each VAMseedling could be symbiosiswith more than three VAM fungi in the nursery; nevertheless, the ectomycorrhizal seedling onlysymbiosis with few. It was necessary that inoculating superior ectomycorrhizal fungus when cultivatingectomycorrhizal seedlings. Mass spores production with Ipomoea batatas had the highest, especiallyAcaulospora laevis (1468±255 spores/100 mL). The best way for mycorrhizal inoculation was usinggermination disk, which could reach about 57-65% mycorrhizal colonization. Insecticide and fungicide applications were no influence on the height growth and mycorrhizal colonization of Zelkova serrataand Calocedrus formosana in Chu-Yun-Shan nursery. |
