本研究自1996年9月至1998年12月止,觀察惠蓀林場臺灣榕之榕果物候。臺灣榕的榕果生產主要於3至12月,雌株榕果生產高峰較雄株約早1~2個月,呈現榕果生產的時序差異。在單株階層,每株每年具1~3個花季;在株內階層,雌株株內榕果花期較雄株不同步。A期雌榕果量、總雌榕果量與氣溫呈顯著正相關,與雨量無相關;A期雄榕果量、總雄榕果量與氣溫、降水間皆呈顯著正相關。臺灣榕的榕果生產反應了氣候的變化,顯示臺灣榕適應惠蓀林場的生育地環境。
We investigated the syconium phenology of the dioecious fig Ficus formosana Maxim. (Moraceae) at Hui-Sun Forest Station in central Taiwan from September 1996 to December 1998. In this dioecious species, the main syconia production occurred during March to December. The highest male syconia occurred roughly 1 to 2 months after the peak of female syconia at the sexual population level. Each individual tree produced 1 to 3 crops a year, and within-tree reproduction was more asynchronies in male tree than in females. According to Kendall's rank correlation analysis, A phase male syconium and total male syconium production were correlated with rainfall and temperature; in contrast, female's A phase and total syconium production were correlated with temperature only. The syconia phenology of F. formosana adapted the climate of Hni-Sun Forest Station. |
