惠蓀林場日本扁柏林下樹種之組成及其多樣性之研究

Species Composition and Diversity of Understory Woody Plants in Chamaecyparis obtusa var. obtusa Plantation of Hui-Sun Forest Station

本研究擬以生態方法探究中興大學惠蓀林場第三林班日本扁柏林在生長衰退、樹冠鬱閉破裂後林下所形成之次生林植群結構及樹種多樣性，以供次生林經營管理之基本參考資料。結果顯示：侵入林冠上層之植物共計100種，地被層植物263種，已入侵之優勢木種類為山紅柿、茜草樹、南投黃肉楠、薯豆、臺灣黃杞、五蕊虎皮楠、鴨腳木、香桂等樹種，地被植相則以鬼桫欏佔優勢。根據各樹種之胸高直徑分布結果，推測日本扁柏逐漸被闊葉樹種類所取代。 In order to find out the structure, succession and tree diversity of Chamaecyparis obtusa var. obtusa plantation, an ecological inventory was conducted at the third compartment, Hui-Sun Forest Station, National Chung-Hsing University. Totally 100 broad-leaved tree species in overstory and 263 understory plant species were recorded. The dominant invaded tree species include Disopyros morrisiana, Randia cochinchinensis, Litsea acuminata, Elaeocarpus japonicus, Engelhardtia roxburghiana, Daphniphyllum pentandrum var. pentandrum, Schefflera actinophylla, and Cinnamomum subavenium. Alsophila podophylla is the dominant species in understory. Based on the DBH distribution of broadleaved trees, it was found that the Chamaecyparis obtusa var. obtusa plantation will success to a broadleaved forest.
