Some Problems About the Policy of Afforestation Award

森林在我們日常生活上扮演著重要角色，諸如水土資源保持、環境保護、森林遊樂及木材生產等，因此造林獎勵政策在台灣的森林經營上相當重要，因其可鼓勵民眾提昇造林的意願，達到豐富森林資源的目標。本文旨在探討造林獎勵政策的一些相關問題（包括目前所推行之全民造林運動計畫），研究所得結果將可提供未來林業政策制訂之參考。 Forest plays an important role in our daily life, such as soil and water resources conservation, environmental protection, recreation and timber production. So, the policy of afforestation award is very important in Taiwan forest management. It may encourage people to promote afforestation will in order to rich forest resources. The study will discuss some problems about the policy of afforestation award (including “The plan of National Reforestation Campaign”). The results of the study may provide a basis for making forestry policy-decision in the future.
