以往對於林業行政組織變遷之探討大多著重於政策性之分析,關於影響因素與變遷後對組織所造成的影響較少提及,同時以橫斷面與靜態之探討為主。組織生命週期之探討可對組織之變遷作縱斷面與動態之分析,由此觀點來分析林務局之變遷過程,不但可瞭解變遷時期之重要影響因素與現階段之組織生命週期階段,同時更可觀其未來發展之趨勢。
Most studies on the evolution of forestry administration organizations emphasized the analysis of policy before. As for the influential factors and the effect on organizations, they were less explored; meanwhile, these studies stressed on horizontal and static aspects. The exploration on organizational life cycle was helped to analyze the longitudinal and dynamical evolution of organizations. In the light of this study for Taiwan Forestry Bureau, we could not only find out the important influential factors and life cycle stage at present but also view of the future. |
