A new variety of Evolvulus alsinoides L. in Taiwan

由採集研究發現臺灣產旋花科土丁桂之一新變種，藉此正式發表，描述其分類特徵。此新變種之葉形明顯較原種為細長，而毛被物則較少而整齊地壓扁狀散佈於葉片的腹、背兩面。 The authors find a new variety of Evolvulus. alsinoides in Taiwan, which is described and validly published here. The new variety has a slender leaf and clothing a loose, appressed and orderly pilose indumentum on both surfaces of its leaves. These diagnostic characters could be used for distinguishing the plants of type variety.
