本研究主要是測定進口自加拿大西部側柏(Thuja plicata D. Don)、花旗松(Pinus Douglasii Car.)、西部鐵杉(Tsuga heterophylla Sarg.)和阿拉斯加扁柏(Chamaecyparis nootkatensis)等四種針葉樹材之物理與機械性質。木材經硝化纖維素塗料塗裝後,西部側柏顏色變化最大(ΔE*值最高),光澤度增加以花旗松最高。收縮率以花旗松最高;吸水率則以西部側柏最大。暴露在40°C、90%R.H.(EMC=19%)環境下,花旗松之縱向壓縮強度和靜曲強度明顯下降。
The purpose of this study was to measure the physical and mechanical properties or western red cedar. Douglas-fir, western hemlock, and yellow cedar imported from Canada. The variations in color were higher for western red cedar after the coat-treatment by using NC lacquer coatings. The values of shrinkage (%) was higher for Douglas-fir, the water absorption (%) was higher for western red cedar. The compressive strength parallel to grain, static bending strength, and shear strength of Douglas-fir were evidently reduced when exposed to the conditions of 40°C、90°C R.H. (EMC= 19%). |
