為獲得高塗膜光澤度之精製漆並改善生漆塗膜脆性之缺點,於生漆精製過程中,加入不同含量之桐油,並探討桐油添加量對最終精製漆之塗料與塗膜性質的影響。試驗結果發現,生漆精製過程中的最佳桐油添加時機為當生漆精製至含水率10%時。而不同桐油/生漆重量比之精製漆中,桐油精製漆之塗膜光澤度隨桐油含量增加而上升,以桐油/生漆重量比為50/100者具有最高塗膜光澤度,並具有較佳之塗膜耐衝擊性與抗彎曲性,然而其乾燥時間延長,且塗膜硬度、拉伸強度與Tg 下降;相較於未添加桐油之精製漆,以桐油/生漆重量比為10/100及20/100之精製漆具較高塗膜光澤度、硬度、拉伸強度等,且乾燥時間短,為製造桐油精製漆之最適比例。
For enhancing the low-gloss and brittle films of oriental lacquer, the different amounts of tung oils were mixed with oriental lacquer at the refi ning process of oriental lacquer. The effects of tung oils dosage on the coating and fi lms properties of refi ned oriental lacquer were evaluated. The results showed that the best appropriate time for adding the tung oil was the 10% water content of refi ned oriental lacquer during the refi ning process; the results also indicated that the gloss of refi ned oriental lacquer fi lms increased with increasing tung oil dosage. The tung oil refi ned oriental lacquer with tung oil/oriental lacquer weight ratio of 50/100 had an excellent gloss, impact resistance and bending resistance, however it had a lower hardness, tensile strength, Tg, and longer curing time than refined lacquer. The films of tung oil refined oriental lacquer with tung oil/oriental lacquer weight ratio of 10/100 and 20/100 had a superior coating and fi lms properties including gloss, hardness, tensile strength, and had shorter curing time than refi ned oriental lacquer without tung oil. It is concluded that these combination would be the best tung oil/oriental lacquer weight ratios for manufacturing the tung oil refi ned oriental lacquer. |
