本研究目的是為了提升高品質的森林浴活動體驗,並進一步探討其森林浴服務品質要素之屬性,最後提出經營建議以增進遊客之滿意程度。本研究使用文獻分析法從自然環境、硬體設施、社會互動三方面建構森林浴之23項服務品質項目要素,並施予問卷調查,範圍包含林務局所管轄之 18處國家森林遊樂區,最後依二維品質模式分析之結果將各服務品質項目進行要素屬性之歸類。結果發現在自然環境方面應著重寧靜感與可散發較多芬多精樹種的場域;硬體設施上應注重提供適宜的步道長度與良好步行空間,並配有設施安全、救護設備、導覽解說與無障礙設施空間;在社會互動上應能提供家人、朋友參與的活動機會類型。
The main purpose of this study is to understand the quality of forest bath service elements among National Forest Recreation Area and to improve satisfaction. The study methods constructed 23 items to measure forest bath service quality from natural environment, physical environment and social environment. The study applied questionnaire survey and quota sampling in which 18 National Forest Recreation Area. The result of this research as following: (1) the manager should keep quiet and enough Phytoncid species to improve the natural environment quality and increase tourist satisfaction. (2) In order to improve satisfaction, the manager should provide enough space for walking, safety facilities, guide service and handicapped facilities in physical environment. (3) The manager should provide an opportunity for people who can participate in activities with family or friends to improve satisfaction in social environment. |
