Hypocrea cornu-damae ( Hypocreales, Ascomycota ), Newly Recorded Species in Taiwan

A saprophytic and poisonous fungus, Hypocrea cornu-damae (Hypocreaceae, Ascomycota) is reported from Taiwan for the first time.
