近年來,無線射頻辨識系統已逐漸發展很多的領域產業,以獨有的特性及優勢應用在圖書館自動化管理系統。本研究主要探討H大學導入智慧型圖書館後,對圖書館管理者與讀者的影響及使用現況,研究分別針對圖書館管理者及讀者進行個案訪談及問卷調查。經由本研究結果顯示,智慧型圖書館導入後,對於圖書館管理者而言,其服務的創新確實能提供更好的管理、提昇圖書館閱覽及典藏服務、提供學生更優質之學習空間;而對於讀者而言,目前H大學的讀者對於智慧型圖書館的形象、實際感受及使用者滿意度此三方面大致呈現認同的態度,顯示H大學圖書館導入RFID後,確實能提昇學生使用的意願。本研究期望藉此能給予未來有意導入RFID智慧型圖書館之相關單位作為參考。 Radio Frequency Identification Systems has gradually developed into many areas industry. This study focused on the University of RFID Smart Library, we analysis of this innovative service to the effectiveness of managers in the management process and the reader's sense of identity. In this study, we use some case interview and questionnaires for library managers and readers, and results from this study show that the import of RFID Smart Library for library managers; the innovation of its services can really provide better management, upgrading of the library to read and collections services, to provide student's quality learning space and to create a scholarly campus; For readers, we finally know that analysis report showing the University Library to implement RFID, can improve the willingness of students to use. In this study, expectation's ideas and recommendations from this study can be given the intention to import the relevant unit of the RFID Smart Library as a reference.

National income and quality of life are improved in recent years, so tourism activities and sightseeing spots have become indispensable and important roles in life. Increasing tourists' satisfaction and their willingness to revisit becomes an important issue. In order to understand visitors' perceived value, satisfaction, and willingness to revisit, a questionnaire survey was conducted in the Hsinchu City Zoo and the gathered data was analyzed by statistical methods. The results show that (1) the perceived value of tourists has a significant impact on the degree of satisfaction; (2) the perceived value of tourists has a significant impact on the intention to revisit; (3) the satisfaction has a significant impact on revisit. Based on the findings, it is suggested that the Hsinchu Zoo should emphasize on the perceived values of quality perception and emotional perception so that visitors may increase their willingness to revisit.
