營建工程專案能否如期如質完工,有賴於有效的工程管控。而工程管理過程中,除專案承辦人員須隨時深入了解專案之進展外,工程單位主管亦須同時掌控多件專案之執行進度,故常須透過各承辦人員之定期回報、專案會議或隨時詢問承辦人員等方式,進行掌控。故如何有效將不同格式的專案報表及進度資訊加以彙整,以利後續運用,乃是營建專案管理常見之實務問題。本研究分析各專案管理報表之必填資訊欄位,並將不同格式報表,建構成單一格式報表,並運用Excel VBA與其內建之函數、超連結與巨集等功能,建立一套專案管理系統。經實際測試,所建立系統之各項功能操作難易度,總平均得分為6.16分(7分為滿分)。本研究亦針對系統使用者之建議,進一步提出精進做法。
Whether or not new construction projects can be completed on schedule and to the required specifications depends on the effectiveness of construction project control. During the project management process, in addition to the need for first-line engineers (from the viewpoint of project owner) to constantly have an in-depth understanding of the project progress, the supervisor of the project owner must also control the progress of several projects at the same time and thus must use the progress reports of each project contractor, conduct project meetings, or engage in necessary consultations. Thus, a common practical dilemma in construction project management is how to effectively integrate project reports and progress information that are in various types of formats. This study analyzes the scheduling data and information required to be collected from numerous project report formats and proposes a single format report. Additionally, this investigation employs Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), built-in functions, hyperlinks and macros to develop a project management system. After applying the proposed system to real projects, the performance evaluation of operating the system functions receives an average score of 6.16 points (out of 7 points). Moreover, this study provides further refined approaches to respond to the system users' suggestions. |
