This study aims to develop a long term strategy for a Vietnamese enterprise software company, which focus on accounting software and financial service in Vietnam. Using the business-model innovation approach with the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, proposed by Osterwalder, et al., as the main framework, we have outlined several key components of the business model of the Vietnamese enterprise software company and strategic decisions that would be useful for the growth of the company in practical business situation. This study used the workshop method, with the major amount of data were provided by the owner of the company.
本研究著眼於長期經營戰略觀點,探討個案企業:Dai An Soft Company在越南企業軟體市場之情境分析,進而建構出個案企業之價值主張,及其應進行發展之戰略目標,據此建構完備之創新營運模式以因應市場變遷。研究結果顯示,由於個案企業之主要客戶群,是以中小企業為主之前提下,相對會計事務處理人員數較少,且多為少量多樣之生產模式,相對企業主的決策速度與管理能力就更顯重要。因此,本研究提出個案企業應針對這些小型企業主提供迅速有效的會計資訊服務之經營戰略與營運模式,尤其強調節稅服務為核心業務,此舉將對目標客層:小型企業主與提供報稅服務之私人會計師事務所,有相當之吸引力;且最重要的,此類服務將是外來ERP業者難以望其項背之服務項目。 |
