Monitoring the Contents of Pesticide Residues in Marketed Vegetables and Fruits

八十八年度各縣市衛生局每月抽送蔬果檢體5件，分別送至本局及中、南、東檢驗站，依行政院衛生署公告食品中農藥殘留檢驗方法－－多重殘留分析法，進行70種農藥項目的檢驗。共抽驗1335件蔬果檢體，其中檢出不合格件數11件，不合格率為0.8%。1064件蔬菜檢體中，不符規定者11件，不合格率為1.0%；271件的水果檢體中，均與規定相符。11件檢出不合格檢體之原因分析，因超過容許量而不合格者有3件，規定不得檢出而檢出者有8件。

1335 samples of vegetables and fruits were collected from supermarkets and traditional markets throughout Taiwan. Samples collected from July 1998 to June 1999 were analyzed by using a multiresidue method that included 70 items of pesticide. The results showed that 11 samples (0.8%) violated the tolerance level set by the Department of Health.
