The Application of Management of Chinese Jieqi – A Case Study on its Practice in Taiwan

節氣讓我們瞭解大自然之運行及威力，是人類無法改變的。因之管理僅能依節氣，採順勢管理方式。所以中華節氣除了在農業管理上之應用之外，舉凡士、工、商、生活相關等管理事宜，均普遍依據採行，影響深遠。本文乃以中華節氣為基準，應用於管理的理念，以臺灣為例，來探討討中華節氣應用在臺灣之農業、企業等管理範疇上，闡述節氣有關學理與管理之應用關係。彰顯中華節氣是如何在各種管理面向扮演著不可或缺之準則。 The concepts of Jieqi lead us to understand the running and power of the nature that people can find no way to change it. As management can merely depend on Jieqi, it thus practices momentum management. More than its applications on agricultural management, Chinese Jieqi can be widely applied to management-related issues in academic, agricultural, industrial, and business fields and our daily life that sees the profound influences. This essay takes Chinese Jieqi as the criterion to be applied to the management concepts and conducts a case study on its practice in Taiwan. This study also delves into the realm of applications of Chinese Jieqi on the management of agriculture, and business in Taiwan, and further elaborates the relationship between theory of Jieqi and application of management, thus highlighting the indispensable norms the Chinese Jieqi plays on each dimension of management."
