This study aims at the subject of "the Crises and Turning Points of the Operation of School Administration with Viewpoints of the Assurance of Human Resources." School administration involves the processes of "people managing people." A school administrator is meant to aid students with creating a complete "LIFE" through knowing the true meaning of life, capabilities and skills as well as life-time development. The researcher has experienced that "people" are the base of school administration as well as the core of values. The comprehension of the varying processes of "people," "affairs," "emotion" and "environment" is equivalent to the processes of "running the interrelationship among people," "creating an atmosphere which involves in both emotion and environment" and "coping with affairs." It is essential for a school administrator being able to fully control "the assurance of human resources." A school administrator must regard each of his/her subordinate as a respectful individual; a school administrator is supposed to educate his/her subordinates to be a better person. Furthermore, a school administrator needs to encourage all subordinates to achieve a higher standard of moral. To stimulate the attraction, emotion and influence among the staff, it is vital to shape a formation recognized as "I, We and Our home" as the institute's commitment and emotion. With the completion of such a task, the staff will be capable of "caring, observing, communicating, understanding, emotionally connecting, bonding and tacitly understanding each other.". |
