本文主要研究平面磨床加工振動信號與加工件完工品質狀態之關係。平面磨床作鏡面研磨時,影響加工件品質狀態的加工條件包含砂輪、切削液及進給量等,通常鏡面研磨的加工件品質呈現有四種狀態如正常、刮傷、顫紋及燒傷。為了檢測出加工件完工品質狀態,擷取平面磨床主軸加工振動信號,以時域及頻域之統計特徵參數分析,萃取加工件完工品質狀態加工振動信號之統計特徵參數,再將統計特徵參數代入統計製程管制,以管制圖監控加工件完工品質狀態,快速追朔可歸屬原因發生的時間,並採取對應方法使其回到管制狀態。
英文摘要
This study mainly explored the relationship between process vibrationsignals of surface grinders and the quality of finished processing parts. Theprocessing conditions affecting the quality of workpieces include: grindingwheels, cutting fluids, feed, and so on. Four types of quality states areusually seen in workpieces that undergo mirror polishing, include normal,scratches, chatter lines, and burns. In order to detect the quality of thefinished workpieces, the surface grinder spender’s process vibration signalsand the time-frequency were extracted, which underwent time-frequencystatistical characteristics analysis. The statistical characteristics parameters of the process vibration signals that represent the quality of the workpieceswere extracted. Then, the statistical characteristics parameters were addedto the statistical process control in order to monitor the quality of theworkpieces through the use of control diagrams, thereby quickly tracing thetime attributable causes that took place and adopt corresponding methods toreturn to the normal state.
