In this paper, we introduce high electron mobility graphene into theactive layer of polymer solar cell. We study the effect of concentration ofgraphene on the photovoltaic performance. The cell structure is ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM:Graphene/Ca/Al. We use the UV-Vis, PL,SPM, FE-SEM and solar simulator to measure the absorbance, PL intensity,roughness, surface morphology, and power conversion efficiency, respec- tively. The weight ratio of P3HT:PCBM:graphene of active layer are1:1:0.02、1:1:0.04 and 1:1:0.06. From the results, we find that thefill factor、short circuit current density and power conversion efficiency ofthese cell with graphene are always higher than those of cell withoutgraphene. The cell with P3HT:PCBM:Graphene = 1:1:0.04 active layerhas the highest fill factor 0.61, an increase of 24.5%, the highest shortcircuit current density 9.15 mA/cm2, an increase of 28.5%, and the highestpower conversion efficiency 3.48%, an increase of 53.3%. |
