Graphene nanosheets have attracted significant attention due to theirexcellent optical, electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. In thisstudy, the transparent and conductive graphene hybrid films were preparedby incorporating silver nanowires into graphene, and the correspondingproperties and possible mechanisms were further discussed. Grapheneoxide and silver nanowires were synthesized by the Hummers methods andthe polyol synthesis method, respectively. The experimental results showthat the surface resistance of the hybrid films is much lower than those ofpure graphene films and silver nanowire films. We infer that the enhancementmay arise from the formation of the network between grapheneand silver nanowires to reduce the junction resistance. |
