馬鞍山核能發電廠 (核三廠) 一號機執行基準線試驗之目的,是為了試驗機組在高壓汽機轉子更換前之發電出力及熱耗率 (heat rate),以驗證高壓汽機轉子更換後之發電出力是否能達成汽機廠家保證之提昇值。基準線試驗依據美國機械工程師學會 (American society of mechanical engineers, ASME) 制訂之性能試驗法規 (performance test code 6, ASME PTC 6) 執行基準線試驗。核三廠於2011 年3 月順利地執行兩次性能試驗,兩次性能試驗量測之發電出力分別為962.72及962.01 MWe,其平均值為962.37 MWe,經修正後之出力平均值為965.60 MWe,比修正前之發電出力高出3.23 MWe;兩次性能試驗修正後之熱耗率分別為10566及10550 kJ/kWh,其重複性差異為0.15%,在法規ASMEPTC 6要求的0.25%內,試驗品質亦符合ASME PTC 6規範要求。本文除了對基準線試驗結果進行完整的評估外,亦詳細說明汽機性能試驗程序、量測儀器配置與數據擷取、發電出力之修正及性能試驗現場工作等過程。本文提供汽機性能試驗理論與實務經驗,可供火力電廠、複循環電廠及類似工程之參考應用。 |

The purpose of the baseline performance test for Unit 1 of theMaanshan nuclear power plant is to determine the electrical output and heatrate of the existing operating conditions. The baseline performance testwas conducted in order to verify that the actual improvement in electricaloutput resulting from the replacement of the high pressure turbine meetsthe vendor’s guarantee. A total of two performance test runs wereconducted in accordance with the ASME performance test code 6 (PTC 6)on March 17 and March 18, 2011. The measured electrical powers for thetwo test runs were 962.72 and 962.01 MWe, respectively, and the averagevalue was 962.37 MWe. The corrected electrical power was 965.60 MWewhich is 3.23 MWe higher than the measured electrical power. Thecorrected heat rates for the two performance tests were 10566 and 10550kJ/kWh, respectively. The deviation between the two corrected heat rateswas 0.15% thereby satisfying the test code 0.25% permitted test deviation.In addition performance test results are evaluated, test procedure, instrumentationinstallation and data acquisition system, calculations for powercorrection, and field testing work for the baseline performance test are alsoaddressed in this paper. Both the theory and the practical experience forthe steam turbine performance test are presented in this paper and can alsobe applied to fossil-fired and combined cycle power plants. |
