智慧型光碟櫃之控制系統研發

Controller Development for Intelligent CD Cabinet

本研究嘗試開發一智慧型光碟櫃的控制系統，此系統除有泛用型控制器的DI/DO、兩軸之高速計數及馬達控制等功能外，最具特色的是此控制系統結合了USB的隨插即用、熱插拔及擴充性等便利。此控制系統的開發包括軟、硬體兩方面：軟體方面主要是撰寫PC端的人機介面程式與微控制系統端的韌體程式；而硬體方面則是作各部分電路的設計與試驗，如USB介面電路、微控制器控制電路、直流馬達的驅動及伺服控制電路等。最後再將所開發之控制系統，實際應用於光碟櫃機構的控制，以驗證其性能。依實機操作及量測的結果，證明所開發的控制系統已可正確的達成控制的目的。

The purpose of this study is to develop a control system for an intelligent CD cabinet. The control system integrates the functions of a general-purpose controller including DI/DO, high speed counters, and motor control with the merits of USB conveniences, such as plug and play, hot attachment, detachment, and extensibility. The work of developing this control system includes software and hardware tasks. For the software, we wrote a GUI (Graphical User Interface) program for the PC end and designed a firmware program for the MCU (Microprocessor Control Unit). For the hardware, the major work was to develop the controller’s circuits, such as USB interface circuits, MCU control circuits, and motor driving circuits. Finally, to verify its properties, the control system was used to control the mechanism of an intelligent CD cabinet. From the actual performance results, we can conclude that the control system has achieved its initial goals.
